Wellbrow Foals are born every year in the summer months of, late May, June and July. All Foals are registered and microchipped in October before being turned back to the moor to grow and develop untill November when they are weaned. When weaned we can spend individual time with each foal getting them quiet, halterbroke, leading them around and making sure we can pick there feet up before making a decision on wether they are staying with us at Winterbutlee or being sold. With the excellent temperaments which all our ponies have it takes very little time for our foals to learn this.
